As runners, we have a tendency to improve despite specific weaknesses that might hold us back or cause injury. Targeted and progressive strength training can help you stay injury free, improve your mechanics, and increase power.
A consultation with Carolyn Stocker, CSCS, our Chaski Strength and Conditioning Expert, will give you a custom and progressive plan based on your current ability and goals, with specific exercises, weights, and reps mapped out from week to week.

Do you want to get ripped?! Or, maybe just get stronger? Improve your posture, your ability to hold your running form at the end of a race? Just running isn’t enough if you want to maximize your potential.
Our In-House Chaski Running Nutritionist Carolyn Stocker, RD, will provide an analysis of your current diet and nutrition (based on a food-log you’ll have to complete) and offer helpful ideas and solutions to any particular dietary issues you might be facing.
One Time Consult
Performance Nutrition Coaching - One Time Consult

- 50 minute calls can be done on Video Chat or phone

6-month Program
Performance Nutrition Coaching
- A monthly coaching program, beginning with everything outlined in the Chaski Performance Nutrition Package
- Continuous monthly email support
- Monthly (video-)call to discuss progress and re-evaluate
- Pricing is based on a 6 month program
Performance Nutrition Package
- Completion of three day food record and sports nutrition questionnaire prior to scheduled consultation. These forms will be delivered to your email.
- 60-90 minutes (video-)call discussion including:
- Goal setting
- 1 Follow-up appointment (40 min video call) is included ideally within 4 weeks from initial consult w/ additional appointments available as needed.
- Recommended ongoing nutrition education to develop your nutrition program
- Continuous email support up to 1 month post initial consult or until follow up
Our resident Chaski Physical Therapist Rachel Boim, DPT, is here not only to keep you running healthy but to help you find and address any weaknesses or inefficiencies in your running mechanics that could cause a problem down the road.
Analysis and PT can be done virtually from anywhere on Earth with a camera and an internet connection.
Biochemical Analysis
This evaluation is a step down from our full biomechanical analysis and will include an abbreviated version of Chaski’s Complete Runner Battery to focus on problem areas.
This involves an initial evaluation to examine alignment, stability, range of motion, strength and neuromotor recruitment patterns through a variety of tests, basic range of motion, strength, and balance through a variety of tests. This package includes three video follow-up appointments, one to review and tweak your personalized exercise program, a 4-week program update with review and an 8-week program update with review.
Runner’s Fix
Includes a 30 minute consultation with Dr. Rach. Based on her assessment, you may qualify for one of our Runner’s Fix programs. Runner’s Fix programs are designed to address the 5 most common injuries runners experience and include exercises to strengthen, stabilize and mobilize specific injuries common to runners.
Injury Prevention / Management
Got a problem area? This is a targeted evaluation, which focuses on a particular issue. The evaluation includes an assessment of mobility, stability, range of motion, strength and alignment as well as a personalized 4-week targeted exercise program.
