Since 2015, Sarah has taught yoga full-time in private studios, large gyms, schools, and corporate boardrooms. For four years, she worked all around Memphis, Tennessee.
Since the spring of 2019, she has been traveling around the world and teaching in multiple countries, in three languages, as well as online. Her primary yoga tradition is a quick-paced, full-body, and dynamic style called vinyasa, which focuses heavily on sensation and breath-by-breath movement.
Outside of studio classes, she has worked extensively with high school, semi-professional, and professional athletes. For three years, she coached yoga and core strength regularly to various high school teams: male wrestling, baseball, and female softball, lacrosse, and soccer.
She has led runner-focused workshops, as well as private lessons for body-builders and triathletes. In the summer of 2019, Sarah coached yoga and strength conditioning for the STRIVE-Peru program, which consisted of collegiate and high school athletes, primarily runners.
