Kat Edwards is a seasoned athlete whose running journey began at the age of 8, evolving into a remarkable 10-year career in track and cross country. Presently, Kat thrives as a semi-professional ultra trail runner, fearlessly tackling distances ranging from 50k to an astounding 200+ miles, including conquering big mountain Fastest Known Times.
Kat's path as an athlete has instilled in her a profound understanding of the critical interplay between nutrition, holistic health, lifestyle, and tailored training programs in optimizing performance, both on the trail and in everyday life. Drawing from over 6 years of coaching experience and having guided over 200 athletes across diverse disciplines, Kat's coaching philosophy is rooted in client-centered, holistic approaches that prioritize the entirety of the athlete.
