Known as "The Queen of Pain," Amelia Boone is a 4x world champion and one of the most decorated obstacle course racers in the world. Her accolades include winning the Spartan Race World Championships and being the only 3x winner of the World's Toughest Mudder.
In recent years, Amelia has transitioned from obstacle racing to ultrarunning, tackling unique events such as the Barkley Marathons and Big’s Backyard Ultra. She finds her stride in longer, mountainous races from 100k to 100 miles.
Amelia is a staunch advocate of mental health, having dealt most of her life with an eating disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. After her eating disorder led to a string of bone stress injuries in recent years, she entered treatment and recovery in hopes of getting back to what she loves to do: run and race.
She brings a unique perspective on navigating disordered eating and athletics as well as expertise in returning to running after injury.
